999 was a tattoo that the rap artist, "Juice Wrld" had on his hand. Juice Wrld stated, "999 reflects bringing whatever the sick, whatever the poor, whatever the challenge you are going through and transforming it into something constructive to drive yourself forward."
Taking 666, the sign of evil, inverting it and making it into 999 would turn that evil into something positive.
GOAT
Oliver's GOAT tattoo is NOT an acronym for, "Greatest of All Time". Oliver was born in 2003, the Chinese Zodiac for that year is a Goat
YOLO
You only live once.
Mae West popularized that saying, with a caveat at the end, "If you you do it right, once is enough". I hope it was enough for Oliver.
